Star of Beauty' is an upright, umbelliferous, stoloniferous, clump-forming masterwort that typically grows to 24-30” tall. Pincushion-like umbels of white and purple flowers are subtended by showy ruffs of papery, petal-like, two-toned bracts with white centers and grayish-purple tips. Bracts usually remain attractive well after bloom.
